빌드 051은 부산, 경남의 지역 업체들과 학교들이 참여하는 국내 유일의 로컬 전시회 입니다.
부산의 대표 인디게임 커뮤니티 ‘인디부(인디라 부산)’가 100% 자원봉사로 주최하는 빌드051은, 첫 해 20여 개 팀으로 시작해 단 1년 만에 40여 개 팀이 참여하는 눈에 띄는 성장을 이루고 있습니다.
빌드051은 두 가지 프로그램으로 구성되어 있습니다. 첫째 날은 인디 개발자들의 생생한 개발 경험과 노하우를 나누는 ‘인디포럼’과, 참여한 모든 인디 개발자들이 함께 즐기는 파티로 꾸며집니다.
둘째 날에는 각 개발자들이 자신이 개발 중인 게임을 전시하고, 직접 피드백을 주고받는 시간이 마련됩니다.
개발자 중심의 전시를 지향하는 빌드051은 개발자들이 자유롭게 공유하고 소통하며 피드백을 주고받는 과정을 통해 개발의 가치를 나누고, 서로에게 동기를 부여하는 자리입니다.
이를 통해 개발자들이 새로운 영감과 비전을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 것이 빌드051의 목표입니다.
Build 051 is Korea’s only local indie game exhibition, powered 100% by volunteers from IndieBu (Indiera Busan) — Busan’s leading indie game community.
Starting with just 20 teams in its first year, Build 051 has seen rapid growth, welcoming over 40 teams in its second year alone.
A Two-Day Developer-Centered Experience
Build 051 is built around two key programs:
Day 1 – Indie Forum & Party
Developers come together to share real development stories, exchange know-how, and connect through the Indie Forum.
The day ends with a community party for all participants — a time to celebrate creativity and build lasting relationships.
Day 2 – Game Showcase & Feedback
Developers exhibit their in-progress games and receive direct, hands-on feedback from fellow creators and attendees. It’s a space for honest discussion, collaboration, and growth.

부산·경남 지역에는 6개 이상의 대학에서 1,000명 이상의 학생들이 미래의 게임 개발자를 꿈꾸며 학업에 매진하고 있습니다.
In the Busan–Gyeongnam region, more than six universities are nurturing the next generation of developers, with over 1,000 students currently studying game development and related fields.
부산·경남 지역에는 130개 이상의 게임 관련 기업이 활동하고 있으며, 매년 60개 이상의 게임을 출시하고 있습니다. 이 지역에서 활동하는 게임 개발자 수만 해도 수백 명에 달합니다.
The Busan–Gyeongnam region is home to over 130 game companies, producing more than 60 new titles annually. The local game development scene includes hundreds of active developers.
부산은 국내 최대 규모의 게임 전시회인 ‘지스타(G-Star)’와 아시아 최대 인디게임 전시회인 ‘부산인디커넥트(BIC)’가 매년 열리는 도시로, 매년 수십만 명의 게이머들이 이 행사를 찾고 있습니다.
Busan is home to Korea’s largest game exhibition, G-Star, and Asia’s largest indie game showcase, Busan Indie Connect (BIC). Both events are held annually and attract hundreds of thousands of gamers from around the world.

IndieBu has been dedicated for years to building a collaborative environment for indie game developers in Busan.
The group has played a central role in the birth and ongoing growth of Busan Indie Connect Festival(BIC), the activation of the Busan site for the Global Game Jam (GGJ), and the launch and continued support of the local exhibition Build 051, contributing actively to the development of the local indie game ecosystem.
